Karl Lagerfeld for Sephora

Hi ladies!
Are you already looking for any christmas gifts? I am, and tight yesterday I found something that is perfect for every fashion present!
Here they are: a little collection of (not always) useful stuff, with the special touch of our beloved King Karl..

Which one is your favourite? Mine is the snow globe.. It looks so magic, with those golden paillettes and Karl's black shape!

And now, a little anecdote: I once had the pleasure to "meet" Karl. :) It was 3-4 years ago, I was in Milan, in Montenapoleone Street, shopping with a friend.. When I looked up and saw just in front of me a group of huge bodyguards that surrounded an elegant man with white hair and big black sunglasses.. It took me some seconds before I realised how lucky I was. :) And just when I realised it.. Karl was already disappeared! :P

Have you all a lovely Christmas shopping!

graduated.. and now.. Paris! with my new LV bag

Hi ladies!

It has been a long and hard week, this is the reason I didn't tell you anything about my degree and the outfit I chose for that day..
But here I am!
I graduated on November, 10th and it was a really beautiful day, despite the fog (quite usual in Milan actually..). Everything was perfect and I had people I love around me, so what else could I ask for!?

I wore P&S clothes, among them you can see one of my favourites of this period.. This amazing knitted striped coat. Do you like it? A white shirt with rouches, black trousers and a pair of heels completed the look.
Simple but elegant!
And how couldn't I mention my Armani varnished bag?

Some of the gifts I received are these earrings and this necklace by Tiffany, I'm so in love with them!

And I could not believe I've been gifted the LV bag I talked about in the previous post (there's a picture there). It's really the best accessory I've ever had (well.. So far!;)). You're gonna see me wear it soon!

As soon as I'm finishing to write this post I'm going to pack my bag 'cause tomorrow I'm going to fly to.. PARIS! I'm really looking forward to being there (with my new LV bag! <3), and I'm sure I'm going to have a wonderful time with my boyfriend.
I'll be back on Monday, so have a lovely weekend!

graduation nightmares.. but the dream of a new Bag solves everything!

Hi everyone!
I'm sorry I haven't written anything in a while, but.. I'm going to graduate next thursday, and I'm quite busy and anxious at the moment! I'm really looking forward for everything to finish, it's much more stressing than I thought it could be!
You would be surprised hearing this, but.. I still don't know what to wear. And this is driving me CRAZY! Any suggestions?!
Another bad thing is that my graduation day will be on the 10th, and my birthday on the 11th.. Too many occasions in such a short time.

And now.. Let's talk about PRESENTS ;);)

What I dream of is the Delightful Bag by Louis Vuitton, but I have to admit it's far expensive and it could remain in list of must-have.. But I keep dreaming, who knows?, some dreams could become true. ;)

I'll write back again as soon as this study-filled days will be over. ;)

grisly.. but interesting

I was slipping through a famous italian magazine, when I found out this exhibition that is taking place in Rome and will go on until february: Gunther von Hagens’ BODY WORLDS.

Gunther von Hagen is the master of a special tecnique called plastination, created for preserving biological tissues.

In his exhibition you can find real bodies, real people, who offered their own (dead) bodies to Science and Medicine, in order to reveal their inner anatomical structures.

The pictures taken from the exhibitions are very strong and touching, but you can not avoid to feel some kind of curiosity about that, and this is the real intent of the creator of the show. Take a look!

You can find out more here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_Worlds and here http://www.bodyworlds.com/it/roma/benvenuti.html

What do you think about it? If I'd live closer to Rome I'd love to visit this weird exhibition.. Even if it would be probable I could feel like faint! ;)

curly or straight?

It was a week ago when I decided to straighten my hair after 4 years of curls and waves..
Hair Really make one person's face. And I didn't like me with straight hair. Definitely!

What do you think?

Now, while it's raining outside, I'll lay on my bed and glance at the millions of fashion magazines I've stoard up during these days when I was busy in planning my boyfriend birthday's surprise-party. It has been a success, I'm so proud of my organizational skills!
I'll post some pictures of friday night soon. There have been an amazing Nutella-party.. Everything was so perfect I still can't believe it really happened!

Have a sweet sunday evening

VFNO? naaaaaa..

Yes, I know. I should be in Milan at the moment, I should walk down Montenapoleone street with loads of shopping bags labelled VFNO (.. if you're still wondering what VFNO means, you can close this page. lol)..
BUT.
I'm almost sleepy in my room, and it's a mercy I'm here, because.. if I was in Milan, I would have been working. :P
In P&S shop in Montenapoleone is going on an event, with Riccardo Scamarcio as special guest. I've seen a picture of the area taken a few minutes ago, and people's going wild for him.. I'm so lucky I haven't seen Scamarcio, because if I would it'd have been because I was working. These have been such caothic days at work, my poor collegues have started their day at 08.30 this morning, and will finish working at 01.00 tonight.. When I'll be sleeping since a lot of time. :D

So, my VFNO has been a in-my-room-while-hitting-nails-in-the-wall in order to (finally) hang my lovely pictures and frames. Quite fashionable, isn't this?!

How has your Vogue Fashion's Night Out been?

In order to keep the fashion-topic updated, I will show you my last purchase (monday's such a good day for shopping!), this green skull scarf (some kind of McQueen style) I fell in love with.

no more cicadas..

You understand your holidays are over when you wake up in the morning and the first sound you hear is no more the sound of cicadas love songs but the ringing of your alarm which urges you to go to work..

This is my new strawl bag: I was looking for a new strawl bag to replace my old one, and I found this gorgeous one in a little boutique. It's a unique piece, and it's handmade: every shell has been picked up by the designer herself, who also bought used the fishing net by local fishermen. Here it's me playing with my new bag. ;) (I also wear the H&M autumnal print dress I talked you about some posts before this one)

I loved wearing it with a long shirt I bought in Wales during my erasmus, 2 years ago (already!? it's incredible how time passes..). Actually, I don't konw the reason why I bought it, since it was always too cold to wear it anyhow.. But I finally found a way to use it, after 2 years hanged in my wardrobe. :) And I have to admit River Island never disappoints me.

Awwwww good memories..
Today just seemed not to past, it's been such a lazy and sad day at work!

Have a nice evening,

I'm going to leave tomorrow for 2 days at the therml baths in Bormio, Italy...
I'm really looking forward to be there!
Still, I haven't finished with packing my suitcase, and even if I'm staying out for 1 night only, I'm going to bring with me so many stuffs.. I'll never learn :S
A couple of days ago I suggested you about a very helpful web site... It should help me with packing, I still have time to put some things out!!

I want to say goodbye to you with one of my favourite pictures ever.. Taken from the movie "Up", which I love so much. <3

May you feel like being at home everywhere in the world!

crunching leaves

Today I want to show you the adorable colour of my new H&M dress.

It's some kind of autumn leaf colour, when I first saw it it remembered me the sound of leaves crunching under my feet during walks in the woods..

My summer hasn't started yet, and I already think about autumn! :P

I hope you like my dress *

I want to show you my new nail polish, it's a summer color, a strong orange that fits my mood perfectly!

lilac inspiration

During the past 2 weeks, my little room has been painted in lilac.

I chose this color pretty randomly, I didn't really know how it could match with the forniture, and how would the result have been...

And I've been quite surprised that it tourned out to be AMAZING.

I have to admit I found out to have thousands of stuff I didn't even remember I had... Despite this, it's always exciting to buy new pieces to provide my room with.

Now, after clearing out all my stuff from the room, it's time to put every single piece back to where it was. Actually, the walls are still empty, I have a lot of paintings I made years ago and a lot of pictures to put on. But no one is helping me with putting nails in the wall without breaking them, and without ruining the wall. :)

Right yesterday evening I went to Ikea, and I bought a lot of white frames. My idea is to have a little (or, well, not that little...) corner on one of the walls, where to put every frame next to each other.

I also bought butterfly stickers to decorate here and there.

I hope you like this color! It reminds me of spring, and provides me with a sense of peace and relaxation. Which is Veeeeery Good for me! :P
